Chien is a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years in the industry.
Chien joined Cook and Butler in 2005, a founding member of Synergy Construction & Property Consultants LLP, and is a core part of the Cost Consultancy team.
Chien’s extensive skillset spans from managing life cycle costing, budgeting, cost reporting and monitoring, through to final account settlement on a project.
He is able to provide contractual arrangement advice and possesses an intrinsic understanding of tender and contract documentation and tender assessment and reporting. In addition, he has proven experience in value engineering, interim valuation, delay and monetary claim assessment.
