Synergy successfully appointed on Girls’ Day School Trust Project Management Framework
Synergy Construction and Property Consultants are delighted to announce that we have been successfully appointed onto the Project Management Framework for the Girls’ Day School Trust (GDST).
The GDST is the leading group of independent girls’ schools in the UK with nearly 20,000 pupils in 24 schools and two academies throughout England and Wales.
The GDST is currently developing a 25 year estate programme of work which incorporates a combination of refurbishment, M & E Services, conservation and new build projects across its varied 200 building estate.
Christine Sillis, Estates Director for the GDST, said “We are looking forward to working with Synergy on a range of projects across the GDST estate. Their extensive experience in both conservation and new build means they are well-placed to deliver integral services on our unique sites up and down the country.”
Stuart Hawkes Managing Partner at Synergy, said “Our previous experience in the Independent School sector was an important factor in securing this commission and we were absolutely thrilled to be appointed. We are very much looking forward to working with GDST as they deliver their Estates Strategy over the next few years which will continue to expand our portfolio of projects in this specialist sector.”
